1. Non-Refundable Services
Astro-Vastu consultations are non-refundable once a consultation is booked. The nature of these services requires significant preparation and commitment of resources, thus we cannot offer refunds under standard circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Astro Lipi Committee. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
* When a consultation is deemed successful.
* When the the service is utilized or your questions has been asnwered before the maximum time limit.
3. Eligible Refund Process
In the event of an eligible refund, it may take up to one month for the amount to be deposited into the respective bank account. Refund requests must be made within three days of the booking. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Payment Issues
If your payment is deducted but you have not received the order, you can raise a concern by emailing us at [email protected]. We will address the issue as promptly as possible.
5. Consultation Cancellations
If you have joined the consultation and left due to any reason, or if you want to cancel the appointment before the consultation date, there will be a 50% deduction from the total fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your scheduled consultation.
6. Refund Process and Timeline
The refund process will take a minimum of 30 days from the request or approval date. All refunds are subject to approval by the Astro Lipi team, and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
