This agreement between website Astrolipi.com (hereinafter, “ASTROLIPI.COM” or “website”) and YOU (hereinafter, “you”, “your”, “member”, “visitor” or “user”) sets forth Terms And Conditions (hereinafter, “terms”) which govern your use of the website, products and services thereon as are provided by ASTROLIPI.COM.

Astrolipi.com provides services and products related to Astrology i.e. direct Consultations, Vaastu Shastra, educational information, Predictions, and Horoscopes content via the website, e-mail, telephone, SMS and mobile/tablet applications, telephone or video conferencing or personally. Although portions of the content may be viewed simply by visiting the Astrolipi.com, however, in order to access the personalized astrological consultations and/or receive additional content/services (including telephone/internet based services)
General
You agree to read/review these terms carefully and periodically before accessing or using any of its content, products and/or services. By accessing or using the website, products and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, your sole remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the website and services. ASTROLIPI.COM reserves the right, in its sole discretion and/or keeping in tune with changing scenarios and technology, to amend, modify, add, update or remove portions of these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the website. Your continued use of the website and/or services following the posting of such changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes. However, amendments shall never be intended to directly affect or inhibit you, your satisfaction regarding the use of website or service quality. If we request, you irrevocably agree to sign a paper version of this agreement. You agree to:
- Your personal information remains confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Phone calls and emails are not accessible to any third party for listening or viewing for any activity or advertising purposes.
- Astro-Vastu consultations are non-refundable once a course is purchased or a consultation is booked. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely by the Astro Lipi Committee.
- Provide the requisite amount of current, relevant, complete, and accurate information about yourself, as and when prompted to do so by ASTROLIPI.COM.
- Maintain and update this information, as and when required, to keep it current, complete and accurate.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases where a consultation is successful or the full-time allocated for the service is utilized.
- In the event of an eligible refund, it may take up to one month for the amount to be deposited into the respective bank account.
- If your payment is deducted, but you have not received the order, a 100% refund will be provided for any type of order.
- If you have joined the consultation and left due to any reason, or you want to cancel the appointment before the consultation date, there will be a 50% of deduction.
- Any refund requests must be made within three days of the order or booking. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
- Astrolipi reserves all other refund rights, and the refund process will take a minimum of 30 days from the request or approval date, subject to approval by the Astrolipi team.
- Use of the website and/or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
- Browser Support Summary to play video lectures: (Limitations are due to DRM solution compatibility with browsers and updates to ensure the highest security)
- Desktop/Laptop(Windows, Mac, Linux): Updated Chrome & Firefox on desktop most recommended browsers on Desktop. OS should also be updated to best possible versions. If a message shows on player to upgrade browser/OS, please first update Chrome/Firefox.
If your account has integrated Fairplay DRM, Safari on Desktop can also play well. Default, it is not supported. - Latest Updated Edge on Windows 10 , Windows 8 is also now supported, users must update their Edge (83 and higher) to try it. Older versions are not supported.
- Android (Phone/Tablet): In latest updated chrome (Supported only for Android OS>5). If it does not play in chrome (it can happen due to DRM compatibility issue in 1% cases) , then please try playing in any of the 2 other popular browsers which can support Widevine HTML playback on android– latest updated ‘Firefox’ or updated ‘Edge’ browsers..So in summary, Chrome is default most recommended browser in Android, but 1 % of android chrome can have issues. Such users should try in latest updated ‘Firefox’ or updated ‘Edge’ browser on Android.
- Astrolipi understands and respects your privacy and is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your “personally identifiable information”, and providing a safe and secure environment for its members, visitors, and users.
- You may be asked to provide your credit/debit card details or other such information when you want to make some purchases or use personal consultation services on Astrolipi by payment gateways only.
- Astrolipi will never share any of your “personally identifiable information” to any third party except in accordance with law to any law enforcing agency as the law of INDIA mandates.
